3 Tips: How to Avoid Hangover
December 24th, 2008 by Mary | No Comments | Filed in Diet and Weight Loss, Supplement ReviewsThe following 3 Tips should help you to avoid hangover.
Tip 1: Getting ready for the New Year’s bash, remember to eat something small before you go out. It is never a good idea to drink on an empty stomach. Alcohol enters the bloodstream through the stomach and intestine. Once in the bloodstream, it is carried to other parts of the body quite quickly. In fact, it reaches the brain almost immediately. To slowdown the process, you need to eat something.
Tip 2: During the party, don’t mix drinks. It means you need to make a choice before you start drinking alcohol. But remember, apparently clear drinks like vodka and gin induce fewer hangovers than dark ones like brandy, red wine, or certain rums and tequilas.
Tip 3: After the party, drink some apple or orange juice. Fructose-containing fruit juices increase the alcohol degradation capacity of the body. If there are no juices, simply squeeze a lemon into a glass of table water or make yourself a large mug of green tee. Green tea helps to flush out toxins from the system. Don’t drink coffee, it will dehydrate you. Instead, have some mineral water or a cup of tea with lemon and honey.
I have been using these tips myself, but I also know a bunch of people who use Sober Up with Ryvox-9 Hangover Cures and Prevention 20 Capsules and swear by it. Sober UP is designed to knock out a hangover before it starts, or relieve one the next day. Sober Up is quick and easy to use. Take two tablets when you’re done drinking and you’ll start to feel the sobering effects in as little as 30 minutes. If you already have a hangover, don’t worry, Sober Up is so effective, you can take it after you already have a hangover, in as little as 30 minutes, your hangover will be gone.
I wish you Happy Christmas and Joyous New Year!
