Solaray’s Total Cleanse Lymph is one of the latest supplements. I think that taking supplements is a great idea, but I would recommend to do more than that.
Vegetable or fruit juices, pure water, and potassium rich foods such as sea vegetables, green vegetables and the spices cayenne pepper, ginger and horseradish all help to cleanse the lymph on daily bases.
Regular running and jumping helps enormously. Normally, the lymph system holds 6 – 10 liters of fluid. And, it has no pump like the heart and depends on muscle movement and breathing.
