Cure Yeast Infection: Foods to Eat and Avoid

June 16th, 2009 by Mary | 4 Comments | Filed in Yeast and Candida

In order to cure or prevent yeast infection, you need to avoid some types of foods and include others into your daily diet. I made a list of foods I try to avoid:

1. Eliminate sugars and artificial sweeteners as well as foods containing them. Well I know from the experience that this is very difficult to do. Not only because I can’t live without some good dark chocolate, but also because everywhere you look you will find sugars. Did you know that even a regular ketchup found in your local supermarket contains sugars? Sugars feed bad bacteria, so you need to stay away from sugary foods at least while you are trying to fight Candida.
2. Avoid fruits and fruit juices, except for Granny Smith apples. If you have to have some fruits, allow yourself strawberries or blueberries. Stick to freshly prepared vegetable juices. No canned and frozen juices!
3. Avoid yeast-containing foods. Here I mean: most of the breads, beer, wine, and pickles.
4. Yeast is a mushroom. So, stop eating mushrooms altogether.
5. Avoid dairy products and all types of cheese. If you have to have a yogurt, then it should be a plain one without sweeteners. Cheeses actually contain or are molds or yeasts.

This video provides a list of some foods you should eat when fighting yeast.

vaginal yeast cureEspecially if you suffer from vaginal yeast infection, it is advisable that you change your diet. Many look at vaginal infection as something minor that can be treated with the antibiotics. But, antibiotics are harmful for the liver. So, alter your diet and  try Vagi-Soothe for Vaginal Irritation & Yeast Infection. This product is great. It received rave reviews from customers. It is hard to believe, but after  seeing this video, you will be able to tell whether your child is infected. Please see it. I was amazed what effect the yeast overgrowth and the parasites have on our children.

What is Yeast Infection and How to Diagnose it at Home

May 27th, 2009 by Mary | 1 Comment | Filed in Yeast and Candida

Candida albicans, a yeast germ that becomes a problem when it proliferates and mutates to a fungal form. It proliferates when the opportunity arises as a result of a shift in the body’s internal environment (changes in pH, microbial population, muscular tone, etc.) Such a shift results in energetic or chemical imbalance, or even because of the environmental pollution and drugs like antibiotics. Yeast infection is very hard to diagnose. But, when diagnosed earlier, it can be relatively easy treated with a diet and natural drugs (supplements) like:

Below is a great video. Please see it for more information on what yeast infection is and how to diagnose it at home.
