Lymph Cleanse: Body’s Spring Clean Up

July 16th, 2011 by Mary | 4 Comments | Filed in Immune System Support

The first sign of obstructed lymph system are the swollen lymph nodes. Because the lymph system is the foundation of the immune system, to most of us this usually happens in the spring when our immunity is low. So, it is advisable to complete your lymph cleanse in the spring.

Why does the lymph system gets obstructed? When we eat food, nutrients get digested and every cell in the body receives its portion. As the cells process these nutrients some waste is created. The lymphatic fluids clean up this waste. At the same time, the lymph nodes filter out bacteria, microorganisms, dead cells, and other unwanted substances. Unfortunately, our bodies have a plenty of dangerous substances, which can block the lymph nodes, decreasing the body’s ability to resist diseases.lymph-immune-cleanse1

June 28th, 2011 by Mary | No Comments | Filed in Digestive Supplemets

lactobabacillusIf after stopping Candida or parasites, the symptoms reoccur, then it probably means that the good bacteria haven’t been restored. To restore the good bacteria you ought to take probiotics. A good probiotic formula should contain the resilient strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium and Bifidobacterium infantis. Once the bad bacteria are killed, good bacteria must replace it within the minutes. This is accomplished with a probiotic supplement.

Lactobacillus Probiotic+ by Eniva 120 Vegan Capsules is one of trustworthy probiotic supplements as it contains no wheat, egg, yeast, corn, soy, sugar, artificial flavors, or preservatives.

Two videos below will tell you more about probiotics. First video will give you more information about them. While the second video will explain which probitics should be taken with the anti-fungals and which probiotics to take with the antibiotics.

May 30th, 2011 by Mary | No Comments | Filed in Digestive Supplemets

The most common causes of heartburn are food-related: overeating, drinking too much liquid with meals, eating to fast, eating too many fatty and fried foods, drinking too much alcohol, etc. The burning can be neutralized with:

1. the combination of baking soda and water or milk (a mixture of 1/2 tsp baking soda in eight ounce glass of water or milk).

2. the digestive enzymes from plants. They are especially helpful by the regular heartburn. Plant enzymes are not affected by stomach acid and have protease, amylase and lipase for digestion of protein, starch and fat.

3. the chewable supplements like HeartBurn Stop, 30 tab made from natural ingredients that reduce acidity. Unique HeartBurn Stop, 30 tabs: Wingredients such as ellagic acid (found in raspberries and pomegranates) work gently. Fava bean flour works as a natural antacid. The phytonutrients found in raspberries, green tea and turmeric have been shown to substantially support the health of the stomach. Mastic gum also supports the health of the stomach. HeartBurn STOP chewable tablets taste great and are a natural way to relieve occasional heartburn.
